DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are completely made by hand, therefore items are expected to be dispatched within 5 working days of placing your order (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). Some items (eg Signet Rings) take longer and this is stated in the product listing. 

Items are either sent by 1st or 2nd Class Signed For, you may choose which you would prefer at checkout. 1st Class Signed For is estimated to take 1-2 working days from dispatch, and 2nd Class Signed For is estimated to take 2-3 working days from dispatch. 

Due to COVID some parcels may be experiencing delays, I'm trying my hardest to get orders sent out ASAP and apologise for any potential postage delays.
