Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days after the date of dispatch. If an item is unwanted then it may be returned if it is in it's original box and unworn. If an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact me and I can arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent to you.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged. Rings cannot be returned as they are all made to order to your size.
This also applies to engraved items. Once an item is engraved it is no longer able to be returned.
If you would like to proceed with a return please email us and we will send you the return address! Return postage is not included.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and also cannot be returned.
